For a great karaoke experience, please adhere to these terms when using Karaoke Manekineko establishments.
Conform to the following rules in order to enjoy your karaoke experience at this establishment.
- 1 For the peace of mind of our customers, we ask that you present a form of identification and fill out a check-in form.

Passport
Residence Card (or Certificate of Alien Registration) - 2 Please refrain from drinking alcohol or smoking if you are under the legal age (20 years). Also, please refrain from drinking alcohol if you are driving a car.

(1) We will not sell alcohol or cigarettes to minors.
Also, we strictly prohibit minors from bringing alcohol or cigarettes into the establishment.
(2) Please refrain from drinking alcohol if you are driving a car. - 3 We strictly prohibit the following behavior in this establishment or on establishment premises.

(1) Any behavior that causes trouble for other customers.
(2) Bringing in dangerous items.
(3) Underage smoking or smoking in places other than the designated smoking areas.
(4) Entering restricted areas (such as offices, kitchens, and inside the reception counter).
(5) Peeping or entering others' rooms.
(6) Any activities for the purposes of solicitation, sales, or religious inducement.
(7) Any behavior that causes trouble for those in the vicinities (such as singing with the windows open, chatting in the parking area, or idling in a car). - 4 We reserve the right to prohibit people from entering or using the establishment if they fit the following profiles or in the following situations.

(1) According to the regulations of this establishment, those under 16 years of age be present after 6PM.
Also, usage by those under 18 years of age must conform to curfews and other regulations set by the local authorities.
(2) Gang members, intoxicated individuals, or those individuals whose condition we see as having the potential to lead to the discomfort of other customers.
(3) Those with pets (this excludes guide dogs and service dogs).
(4) Any person who has violated establishment rules in the past. - 5 We will immediately contact the proper authorities in the following cases.

(1) When trouble arises among customers in the establishment or within the premises (such as fights or illegal conduct).
(2) When we spot someone taking equipment or other products out of the shop and/or shoplifting.
(3) When a Dine and dash situation arises (including usage of a room without paying)
(4) Deliberately damaging the facilities (such as the building itself and sign boards) or equipment.
(5) Threatening behavior to staff or person concerned (such as threatening words or violence). - 6 We will take the following measures in the event any individual damages our facilities or equipment.

In the event any individual intentionally or unintentionally damages our facilities or equipment, we will ask said person(s) for full compensation.
Moreover, please be forewarned that depending on the severity of the damage, we may also collect compensation for lost sales. - 7 Please be forewarned that we will not take responsibility in the following circumstances.

(1) Theft or loss of goods in the establishment. (Please keep an eye on your belongings, including valuables, at your own risk.)
(2) Trouble or accidents within the parking area.
